Tailtwisting:

The distinguished Tailtwister Lion Bill Archambeau had PDG2 Paul Little passing the pot.  He declared every week from now forward to be a vest-meeting.  A few menial fines were assessed.  Then, he launched into Shreveport-Bossier trivia questions.

PROGRAM:   Lion Oscar Smith introduced Mr. Robert “Superman” Blount.  Robert and Oscar earlier this year worked collaboratively on a program to help families know the importance of being Fit-for-Life.  Robert gave us a short biography on his life in Atlanta and now what he is doing in Shreveport since he is now  back home in Shreveport.  Fit-for-Life is where this state must be headed.     Louisiana is one of the top states with cancer, heart disease, strokes and diabetes-2.  Robert is a very good motivational speaker and is bringing his message to all groups to help place our state in a healthier-state.  Together, Robert and Oscar are expanding their original concepts of educating families to all age groups – to make us healthier as individuals and as a state.  By cleaning up our diets, our blood will purge to place us back into the targeted state.  We need to eat better and workout our bodies.  How about this statistic – 83.9% of the people in Louisiana live sedentary lifestyles!!! By the way – Robert has biblical scripture to backup his message.
